Tap how you're feeling. You get three spots, not fifty. Send them to the group, everyone votes, done. Big nights, slow brunches, random Tuesdays. No more 45 minutes of idk.
Free, nothing to download · Abu Dhabi now, your city next
It's not that we stopped wanting to. It's this:
45 minutes of idk, and everyone stays home.
They live in a saved folder. Not in your life.
No plan means no meetup. Then it's been two years.
Going out was never the hard part.
The picking was. That's the bit we took.
Open it on your phone and plan tonight. All of it, free.
No search bar. No forty tabs open. You tap how you're feeling, roughly where, and what you feel like spending. We've scored every spot on Mood, Move, Moment and Money, so you get three. Three. Then you go.
Turn your three into a poll and drop the link in the group. Best bit: your friends don't need an account, or the app, or anything. They tap, they vote, it's decided. Nobody had to be the one who chose.
Add friends, build groups, chat and see shared activity when people choose to share it. Follow curators and browse Trending and Just added. Want less visibility? Turn on Ghost Mode.
Earn points for useful actions such as rating, posting, sharing and suggesting places or tag fixes. Points have no cash value, and spam or removed content can lose them. Real perks are coming later.
Save places into one visual map instead of losing them across screenshots and chats. Toggle Near Me only when you want local suggestions, then open the winner in the map app available on your device.
Paste a caption, message or supported social link into Magic Import. Turn saved places into a personal or collaborative board, then use Perfect Day to order stops into a practical itinerary.
The next launch is the native mobile app: the same discovery, saved map, planning and group decisions with faster access, proper deep links and optional notifications.
Location stays user-initiated. The mobile app will ask only when a location feature needs it, explain why, and work without continuous background tracking. You keep the switch.
Restaurants and cafes, obviously. But also everything else worth leaving the house for.
Runs in your browser. Nothing to download, no card, no sign up unless you want one. Thirty seconds and you'll have somewhere to go tonight.
It's a beta, so something's bound to be off somewhere. Spot it? Email us at hello@goweyn.com and we'll fix it fast.
We keep describing Weyn to people. Friends, cousins, coworkers, the guy at the gym. Same reaction every time:
Okay this is a great idea. Our group chat needs it yesterday. We lose entire evenings deciding.
Picking where to go tires me out more than the actual going out. This kills that. Completely.
I can't wait to use this. Seeing where my friends are out, like the old days? That's the part we all lost.
Weyn started in our own dead group chats. The cousin we keep meaning to call. The uni friend who lives twenty minutes away and we haven't seen in three years. Every "we should hang out soon" that never turned into a day, a time and a place.
So this one's for them. For your family. For the friend you've been missing without noticing. For the version of you that loves people but is tired of always being the one who plans.
All of it comes from things we've actually lived. We're not trying to build the next big thing. We want people to live again. To be social again. For going out to feel fun instead of admin.
Starting from Abu Dhabi, then every Middle Eastern city. See you out there.
The Weyn team وين؟
The web app is live right now, go use it. This list is for the real thing: the day Weyn lands on the App Store and Google Play, you hear first.
One email the day it launches. Nothing else, no spam, ever.
The stuff everyone asks.
No. There's nothing to type into. You tap a few things, you get three real places, and you get a link your group can vote on. It's an app you use, not a conversation you have.
Find three spots by vibe, toggle Near Me, save a Want to Try map, open a place in your preferred map app, import recommendations, make Perfect Day plans and shared boards, rate with three sliders, follow curators, chat in groups and run polls friends can vote on without an account. The native iOS and Android app is next.
No. That was the whole point. You send a link, they tap it, they vote. No account, no app, no signup wall. You only need an account if you want to save places, add friends and collect points.
Yes, completely. No card, nothing to install, it runs in your browser. Early users keep perks when we hit the app stores.
Abu Dhabi first, and Dubai's starting to fill in. Then every Middle Eastern city, one at a time. Tell us yours, the loudest cities move up the queue.
Every place is organized around the four M's: Mood, Move, Moment and Money. Weyn matches them to what you choose. Location only affects results when you switch on Near Me and approve the browser prompt.
No live friend tracking. The saved-place map does not show your live position to other people. Near Me is optional, starts only after you press it and grant permission, and can be turned off in your browser or phone settings. Weyn does not sell personal data.
Big nights, slow brunches, random Tuesdays. Your city's full of them and you haven't had them yet. Bring your people, we'll find the place.
