Who can use Weyn

You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental permission, you must have it. Some venues have their own age, dress, booking or entry rules; using Weyn does not guarantee admission.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login secure, provide accurate account information, and tell us if you suspect misuse. You may not spam, impersonate, harass, threaten, exploit minors, post explicit or unlawful material, manipulate votes or points, scrape Weyn, probe security, use bots without permission, upload malware, or interfere with the service.

Community posting requires a confirmed email. Weyn may apply limits, review reports, hide or remove content, reverse points, restrict features, suspend accounts or preserve information where reasonably necessary for safety, integrity or law.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Weyn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, moderate and show that content only as needed to operate, promote and improve Weyn. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Do not post private, defamatory, infringing, dangerous or misleading material. Ratings are opinions, not verified facts. Reports and takedown requests must be honest. Removal from Weyn does not guarantee copies shared by other people disappear.

Recommendations, location and maps

Weyn suggestions are informational. Venue hours, prices, availability, accessibility, age rules, safety and other details can change. Check directly with the venue before travelling or spending money.

Near Me is optional and only runs after you request location permission. Distance and routes are estimates. When you open a map provider, that provider's terms and privacy policy apply. Weyn is not responsible for a venue, route, booking, transport provider or third-party website.

Groups, polls and shared links

Group spaces are limited to their members, but anyone who receives a poll or board link may be able to open it. You are responsible for sharing links with the intended people. Poll protections reduce duplicate voting but do not prove a person's identity or guarantee a perfectly fair result.

Points and rewards

Weyn points are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and do not create a financial account. Earning rules and rewards may change. Weyn may withhold or reverse points connected to spam, removed content, duplicate actions, mistakes or abuse.

The beta and availability

Weyn is evolving and may contain errors, incomplete information or interruptions. Features may change, pause or stop. To the extent permitted by law, Weyn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that every result, venue detail or user contribution is accurate or suitable for you.

Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for your decisions, content and interactions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Weyn and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost opportunities, venue experiences, third-party conduct or decisions made from recommendations. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Weyn's rights

The Weyn name, the ؟ mark, software, design and original editorial content belong to Weyn or its licensors. These terms do not give you permission to copy, resell or create a competing dataset from them. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.

Ending use, changes and law

You may stop using Weyn at any time and can request account deletion. Weyn may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.

We may update these terms as Weyn changes. Material changes will be highlighted here or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Abu Dhabi, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
